Introduction to “Humans, Consciousness, and Souls” book 3

Introduction to Humans, Consciousness, and Souls book 3

Messages have always found their way to me—sometimes as quiet impressions, other times as vivid images appearing in my mind. They arrived uninvited yet unmistakably present, guiding my writing long before I understood why. In my earlier books, I shared these messages as quotes and reflections, not because I claimed authority over them, but because they felt entrusted to me through my connection with the Universe.

When I began writing Letters to Myself, something shifted. Instead of statements, I began receiving questions—questions about what it means to be human, about the paths we walk, and about the forces that shape us collectively and individually. These were not questions I would have thought to ask on my own. They appeared like small lanterns in the dark, each one illuminating a new corner of understanding.

I followed them—I wrote them down—and each one led to

a letter.

Through these letters, I explored why humanity behaves as it does—why, throughout history, we’ve stood at a crossroads again and again, offered choices that could lead us toward compassion, unity, and understanding, yet so often we turn toward conflict, fear, or control. I came to see the world through a new lens: a world where most people live quietly beneath the surface, overshadowed by the noise of the few who live loudly above it. The loud ones shape the systems, drive the division, and influence the emotions of the many. They react to life but rarely allow themselves to truly live it.

Those below the surface—gentler, quieter souls—have long remained silent, uncertain or afraid of what might happen if they speak. Yet something is changing. I feel it. Perhaps you feel it too. Those who once lived in the depths are beginning to rise. They are finding their voices, their purpose, and their connection to something greater than themselves.

I do not present myself as a leader or example. I am simply a messenger—one of many. The Universe speaks in countless ways, through countless people. My letters are not instructions; they are reflections. They ask, they wonder, they search. And through them, I have come to believe that each of us is meant to awaken in our own time and our own way.

Letters to Myself is an invitation.

Not to follow me, but to follow yourself.

To clear the beliefs that no longer serve you.

To see the humanity in others.

To allow the power of Love—the quiet, steady kind—to rise within you and guide your steps.

You and I walk different paths, yet each path leads exactly where it is meant to. What the prophets and sages before us understood is still available to us now: The Universe is not distant. It is woven into every moment, every breath, every act of awareness.

Letters to Myself is the story of my own unfolding. May it encourage the beginning, or the deepening, of your own.

Reflect on and question what it means to be human.
